Become a foster carer with Diversity Foster Care. We are Ofsted rated 'good' and currently recruiting people who are dedicated to offering secure and caring homes to children and young people from a range of backgrounds. Diversity Foster Care is a friendly family focused agency, which offers high quality training, 24 hour support and excellent allowance payments. We welcome applicants from all cultural backgrounds, who are committed to improving the lives of children in local authority care. We are also happy to accept experienced foster carers who want to transfer to us from their current agencies
Diversity Foster Care is managed by two experienced Directors, both of whom are qualified social workers. They are keen to improve the lives of children in the care system, through assisting and supporting foster carers. One of the Directors was in foster care herself, from the age of 6 weeks old and therefore they are both dedicated to ensuring that children are placed in foster homes, with carers who treat them, as they would their own children.

Our Focus
Our services embrace all cultures and religious faiths, and we specialise in delivering programs of care to meet the needs of children and young people from all backgrounds. Our service provision covers the Greater London, Kent and South Eastern areas of England.
Our practice is based on the Secure Base therapeutic model, which through training, our foster carers are supported to learn, which helps to build the confidence and resilience of the children placed in their care.
